Update - Workiva has rescheduled the 2025 Disaster Recovery Test in the APAC production region for 13 September at 2:00 a.m. Singapore time.

Scheduled - Updated Schedule: On September 12, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. US Central Daylight time, we will test Workiva's disaster recovery plan in the APAC production region. This test, which will last no longer than 90 minutes, will show how our platform and services withstand the loss of a major data center. During the test, you may experience unpredictable platform behavior, such as latency or errors. All experiences will return to normal once the test is complete. We appreciate your patience during this time.

Resolved - At approximately 1PM CDT on 8/21, we experienced intermittent slowness in the US Workiva Platform. Reports show that the incident is now resolved. Monitoring - Our monitoring systems indicating recovery as of approximately 2:15PM CDT. As for the root cause, a networking vendor has acknowledged an incident and has made traffic routing adjustments to resolve the issue. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide an update if additional issues are observed within the Workiva platform. Investigating - We are currently investigating reports that some users of the US Workiva Platform may be experiencing intermittent slowness. The issue has been identified and we are working on a remediation. We will provide an update as soon as possible.
