Disaster Recovery Plan Preliminary Test: EU production region Jul 19, 2025 02:00-03:30 UTC

Workiva is exercising a preliminary test of our disaster recovery plan for the EU production region beginning July 18, 2025, at 9:00pm US Central Daylight time. The test should not take longer than 90 minutes total. We are testing how our platform and services withstand the loss of a major data center. During the test there may be unpredictable behavior on the platform, potentially including platform latency or errors. Once the test is complete, all experience will return to normal. Resolved - Between 12:42 PM CST to 1:27PM CST, we experienced an issue impacting users' ability to access parts of the Workiva Platform in the US production environment. Reports show that the incident is now resolved.
