Scheduled - Workiva will be performing maintenance for our Marketplace, Support Center, Learning Hub, and Compliance Portal beginning Thursday, January 23, 2025, at 2:00pm US Central time. The update should not take longer than a few minutes.

During the update, users will be able to access accounts, open documents, and otherwise work normally. We expect users may be asked to log in again if trying to access the services listed above during the maintenance. Thank you for your patience during this time.

Resolved - Between 5:09 PM & 5:36 PM US Central Standard Time on January 16, 2025, we experienced issues with loading documents, presentations and spreadsheets. Reports show that the incident is now resolved. Monitoring - We were observing problems with customers loading documents in US Production, however, mitigating steps have been taken. Reports confirm users should no longer be experiencing issues. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide updates as soon as possible. Resolved - Between 8:04 AM CT to 9:26 AM CST, we experienced we experienced a degradation with an internal platform component that resulted in delayed document loads. Reports show that the incident is now resolved.
