Identified - Mitigating steps have been taken. Excel Sync users should get a plug-in update within the next 24 hours. We will continue to monitor the release of the fix and will provide updates when available.

Investigating - We have identified an issue causing some users to get an error when installing Wdesk Sync (Excel plugin). Users with the plugin already installed are unaffected. We will provide an update as soon as possible.

Update - While our team works toward a resolution, we expect a fix will be included in an upcoming release. We will provide another status update January 17th. As a workaround, customers may use the Classic project panel to “Upload New.” PDFs uploaded in this fashion will EDGARize successfully.

Investigating - We are currently investigating reports that some users are failing to EDGARize a PDF in the Collect Step of the Next Gen Filing Experience. As a workaround you may use the Classic Filing Experience. We will provide an update as soon as possible.

Update - Further investigation shows that users are unable to gain access to the database application. All indications tell us the reported incidents are connected to the issue from last week. Monitoring - Reports confirm that filings are being received by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Filings from wdesk are succeeding and receiving accession numbers. We will continue to monitor throughout the day and provide updates when available.
