Investigating - The SEC has posted the following to the EDGAR website.

"The EDGAR system is currently experiencing technical difficulties. Our technical staff is working to resolve the issue. Please check this site for updates. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause."

Customers will be unable to file until this is resolved.

Edgar/SEC Filings Degraded
Resolved - Between 6:00 AM - 7:13 AM CDT , Oct 29, Workiva experienced an issue with Filing with Workiva Configuration. This incident is now resolved. Filings are being received as normal.
