Identified - We have identified an issue where some customers are experiencing the inability to export various documents to PDF/DOCX and other formats. A fix is due to be deployed to the EU Appspot at 7:30pm CET on Sep 15.

In some instances, exporting to PDF via the Home page has proven to be a successful workaround. Please note this is not consistent and may not work for all affected documents.

Update - We continue to experience the inability to view attachments in markup viewer and Edgarizing PDF documents in the filing experience. Our team continues to work towards a resolution. Update - The inability to view attachments in markup viewer and Edgarizing PDF documents in the filing experience has now extended to the EU Production Appspot as well, where we are experiencing slowness in processing these requests.

Investigating - We are re-opening an investigation that some users are not able to open attachments across multiple experiences within Wdesk. There are also reports of users unable to Edgarize documents. We will provide an update as soon as possible.
