Workiva will be performing a scheduled database update for Chains beginning August 12, 2024, at 8:00pm US Central Daylight time. During the update, Chains may be used normally, however, users may notice longer than normal run times. If a Chain is stuck or a Workiva Chains command fails with an "Internal Server Error," please contact Workiva Support at https://support.workiva.com/hc/en-us/requests.

This update will not impact Wdata nor Data Prep. Once the update is complete, all Chains experience will function normally. Thank you for your patience during this time.
